All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or collection launches, processing may take an additional day.

This means you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Your order will arrive fully paid and customs-cleared, allowing for a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments come with full tracking. Once dispatched, your tracking link will be emailed automatically. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We partner with trusted carriers; however, if your parcel is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the shipping provider.
