How long will it take to get my orders?

Do you ship to my country?
Countries we are unable to ship to have been excluded from the checkout process. If you are able to complete your purchase at checkout, it means shipping to your location is available.
What are the return rules?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all labels and tags still attached. Please note that underwear, swimwear (if the plastic seal at the crotch has been removed), cosmetics, and earrings cannot be returned.
