What size should I order?
All our clothing follows standard sizing and includes a tailor-made size chart for your reference. We highly recommend choosing one size larger than your usual size to ensure a comfortable fit. Since our garments are designed to fit closely to the body, opting for a size up provides a better overall fit.
For Shoes & Loafers, they are true to size; however, keep in mind that loafers do not have laces and are meant to fit snugly. If you are unsure of your size, we suggest selecting one size up for loafers to avoid them being too tight. For those who typically wear half sizes, going up by 0.5 size is recommended for the best fit.
To find your perfect size, please refer to the foot length measurements provided in centimeters (CM) or inches. These measurements are 100% accurate to the shoe dimensions.

Order
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been registered and processed in our system, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. However, you are always welcome to return the items if you decide not to keep them.
Is it possible to change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been registered. This includes modifications to delivery methods or payment options.
I haven't received any order or delivery confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is registered, and a delivery confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that these confirmation emails may sometimes end up in your spam folder, so we recommend checking there first.
If you don’t see the confirmation, verify with your payment supplier to ensure the correct email address was provided with your order. If needed, please contact our customer service team so we can update your email address as well.
An item is missing from my order.
You will be charged for your order once it has been shipped. If an item is sold out and we are unable to process your order, you will not be charged.
After your items have been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. This confirmation will indicate if any item has been removed from your order due to stock unavailability.
If an item is missing from your order, please check your delivery confirmation first. If the item is listed in the confirmation but not included in your package, kindly contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
How old must I be to order something from Fernache?
You must be at least 18 years old.
Delivery
What is Fernache's delivery time?
- Orders will be processed when check-out is completed.
- Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping typically takes 5-9 days worldwide, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary depending on the volume of orders we are processing and factors beyond Fernache's control, such as carrier or transport delays.
Where/How do I collect my package?
You will receive a delivery confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. This email includes details about your order, along with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment on the transport provider's website.
Once your parcel is scanned by the transport provider, you will receive a text message. To collect your parcel, simply present the tracking number along with your identification.
What happens if I don't collect my order?
A fee of EUR 15 will be charged for all uncollected parcels. This fee covers administration costs, return postage, and handling. If you wish to cancel your order after your parcel has been dispatched, you are still required to collect the parcel and return it to us. Failure to collect the parcel will result in it being marked as uncollected, and the fee will be applied.
Returns & Exchange
How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all labels and tags still attached. Please note that underwear, swimwear (if the plastic seal at the crotch has been removed), cosmetics, and earrings cannot be returned.

How much do you charge me for my return?
In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you paid by card, the refund will be processed to the same card. You will only pay for the items you keep, plus the original shipping charge, and a return postage fee. If we sent you the wrong or defective item, we will cover the return postage.
If your order included a shipping fee at the time of purchase, this amount must also be paid. If you are returning all items from your order, you will only pay the return postage fee. For partial returns, you will be responsible for both the original shipping charge and the return postage.
The postage fee may vary depending on your location and the return address provided by us.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
It may take up to two weeks from the date you return items for them to be received at our warehouse and the return to be processed. If you paid by card, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
