Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
The 30-day return period applies to non-EU/EEA/UK consumers and is separate from any statutory rights such as the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, with original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (change of mind):
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, any applicable import duties, VAT, and providing a valid tracking number. -
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, FERNACHE will cover the return shipping costs.
As we offer free standard worldwide shipping, no shipping fees are charged on standard orders. If a refund is issued, there are no standard shipping costs to deduct, except where an upgraded delivery service has been selected.
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. In some locations, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided. Otherwise, customers must arrange return shipment unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@fernache.com within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases, we will offer:
- A replacement or
- A full refund, including applicable shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items (except where returns are required by applicable law, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable).
- Digital products / electronically delivered items (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, in accordance with applicable law.
We will refund the cost of standard delivery (if paid) when returns are made under the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Any additional delivery choice costs are not refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 10 business days
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Refund Scope

Original shipping fees (if charged), import duties, VAT, and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you are exercising an EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal where applicable, we will refund the standard delivery cost (if paid) in accordance with consumer protection laws. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refunded.
If a return is not approved, the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fernache.com.
