If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we kindly ask for your patience. Please wait at least 20 days before contacting our customer service, as occasional delays can happen.

Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs and import fees.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
