During peak seasons, promotional periods, or collection launches, processing may take an additional business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently offer free standard worldwide shipping to all destinations available at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

  • Sweden, Nordics & EU: 5–9 business days

  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 5–9 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders.

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties. We ship orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning there are no additional charges due upon delivery.

You will not be required to pay any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT when your order arrives.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We include all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees in the price of your order at checkout. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning there are no additional customs or tax charges intended to be payable upon delivery.

For certain destinations with special customs or tax regimes — including Åland Islands (FI), Canary Islands (ES), Ceuta (ES), Melilla (ES), Channel Islands (JE/GG), Faroe Islands (FO), Greenland (GL), Svalbard (NO), and the French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte) — local authorities may in rare cases apply charges despite prepaid arrangements.

If you are charged any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees upon delivery for these destinations, please pay the charge and contact us with a copy of the receipt. We will reimburse such charges in accordance with this policy.

FERNACHE is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local clearance procedures.


Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking link will be sent automatically by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We work exclusively with trusted logistics partners. However, if your shipment is significantly delayed, damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@fernache.com.

We will assist by opening an investigation with the shipping provider and work toward a resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

FERNACHE is not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order or made-to-order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready. This approach supports sustainability and reduces unnecessary shipments.

Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order or made-to-order items will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
